JT Saylor started with Public Works last May with the Water Department. He has since moved to our Street Department. When not at work, you can find him most weekends at the Pickwick Theatre. He can also be found coaching his daughter Kinleigh in any sport she desires or taking care of his new baby girl, Everleigh.
