The Town of Syracuse Clerk's office is the central hub for visitors, residents and employees. We are here to provide immediate service and support to the community in a professional and courteous manner. The Clerk Treasurer's office is responsible for all of the financial records of the town. We do the billing for the water and sewer accounts, as well as collecting the water and sewer payments. All town receipts are handled by the clerk's office, as well as payment of all bills of the town, including payroll. The Clerk Treasurer is responsible for the minutes of all meetings of the Syracuse Town Council. The Clerk's Office is also the custodian of municipal records, such as ordinances and resolutions.
